Fatigue headache    

A headache is the most common ailment that affects millions of individuals everyday. It is also one of the most neglected ailments owing to the fact that it can be experienced quite frequently. There are various types of headaches that can cause a lot of agony and may disrupt the normal functioning of your daily life.

Fatigue headache is one complex condition which can leave your weary both emotionally and physically. Chronic fatigue headache is also quite common among individuals and needs to be treated timely. Fatigue is co-related to headaches and can leave you feeling drained out if proper treatment is not given. It can affect your productivity at work and in other spheres of life and can harm your ability to concentrate, make you irritable, tired, lethargic and anxious.

The fatigue headache cycle:

Fatigue and headache go hand in hand. For instance, you are at an increased risk of getting a headache if you are very tired. This will hamper your sleep cycle and cause you to stay up in the middle of the night. This will further cause more exhaustion and when you wake up the next morning, you are likely to have a headache. This leads to the development of an endless cycle that is hard to break without medical intervention.

Taking a medicine that enables you to sleep can help lower the level of fatigue and prevent the occurrence of a headache. In case, you avoid getting treated, you might end up as an insomniac or experience nightmares within a few days.

Treating Fatigue headaches:

The best way to deal with a fatigue headache is by fighting the real culprit that is fatigue. This can be done in the following ways:

Reduce your workload

Take adequate amount of rest.

Take out some time for recreation and enjoyment.

Exercise regularly. This helps release endorphins or the happy hormones and helps combat stress.

Take a balanced diet and make sure to take your meals on time. Avoid staying hungry.

Try relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, reading, listening to music etc.

Talk to your doctor if the headache persists.
