Today’s life is replete with various complexities which consumes the physical as well as mental energy of an individual. There are certain people who are able to adjust very well with the onslaught of stress in their life.
In certain situations, stress can act as a motivator for achieving higher results in life.
Causes for the development of stress are not uniform in nature. To a certain extent it depends on the behavioural traits of an individual as well as the nature of situation. Consistency in the panic attacks is enough indication for a person to take remedial action so as to balance his or her life.
There can be multiple causes of stress ranging from emotional to professional and financial problems. Separation from loved ones, death of someone close to heart, loss of job, prolonged illness, etc can be few reasons to mention.
At a time, when our body identifies some sought of warning which is negative in nature, say stressful to be precise then it discharges hormones associated with stress level. It is these stress related hormones that are responsible for causing stress in the body.
Some of the symptoms of stress overtaking your entire persona are alteration in the level of blood pressure, increase in breathing rate, unusual strain on the muscles and poor concentration level.
The above mentioned symptoms of stress produce two-fold reactions in a person. It can either be negative or positive depending upon person to person.
For human body, stress is a kind of defence mechanism against any external stimuli. As a matter of fact, stress is not always bad as imagined by most of the people. In some situations, it acts as an excellent motivator.
However, stress proves helpful only for sometime and after which it begins to show some negative on your overall health which might also throw bad effect on other important things in your life such as social interaction, behaviour as well as efficiency.
Today most of the people suffer from the problem of constant stress in their life both directly or indirectly. It can also interfere with a person’s immunity; increase the level of blood pressure, along with chances of heart stroke and also increase the rate of aging, causes general body ache, problem in digestion, insomnia, puts psychological pressure on your brain which further leads to nervousness along with feeling of gloominess.
