Take a stock of your lifestyle activities. Re-model your lifestyle to suit a low-stress pregnancy phase. Lifestyle activities might range from activities like dropping kids to school, going to the local ladies club, or visiting a relative or friend and so on. Analyze which of these will causes you more stress, and cut it off your list.
Include activities that you can actually do with less stress. Avoid alcohol and stop smoking during pregnancy. It is common for pregnant women to feel morning anxiety. Don’t panic due to morning anxiety. Sometimes tiredness gets the better of you – you can still pause down and relax wherever you are.
- Mental strength
Remember that motherhood is a honorable sacrifice of ones happiness and physical comfort to create another life on earth. It is imperative that you talk more to yourself to pass through this phase. Tell yourself that its just a matter of time, before you will see the pot of gold at the end of the horizon.
- Be informed
Read a lot of literature about pregnancy. The more you read, the more it occurs to you that certain things are part of the whole process, and not just exclusive to you.
