Exercising is a good stress buster and has very therapeutic properties for healing the tired mind and body. It takes away your mind from the nagging thoughts that lead to anxiety, tension and stress. It also improves your stamina, endurance and ability to stretch yourself without having a negative consequence on your well-being.
Most of the stress is caused by the mind and the endless thoughts. It turns a simple problem into a complex and insurmountable difficulty. Controlling the mind is important if you are to prevent stress. For this, you need to practice exercises that help in directing your mind to only think positive and stop the inflow of negative, disturbing thoughts.
