Having proper sleep is extremely important not only for rejuvenating our health but also for its adequate maintenance. The problem of insomnia can be adequately solved by having profound sleep. Proper sleep is also very important for keeping the nervous system in good form.

Put your foot in a bucket full of warm water for about thirty minutes and for last five minutes soak your legs in cold water prior to sleeping. Avoid using high cushion because such elevated support puts strain on the muscles of the neck which slow down the flow of blood towards head.

For relieving stress and improving your sleeping pattern, various postures of yoga are considered extremely beneficial. Doing breathing exercises on a regular basis will show positive impact on your overall health. Meditation is also one of the techniques that aid in soothing mind. It is advisable not to take sleeping pills and related medicines as their constant use can cause severe addiction and harm the health in the later stages of life.
