Psychological Intervention for Depression
Depression is one of the most commonly occurring mental problems with the present generation. Lifestyle, stress, break down of relationships, changing socio cultural values etc. has contributed in making the modern man caught into the grips of depression which eventually compels them to destroy themselves by either committing suicide or just wasting away their precious lives.
Depression simply paralyzes healthy functioning of life. But all is not so dark and gloomy. There are several types of help available for the depressed persons to get out of the grips of negative thoughts and the resulting depression.
Depression may happen due to many reasons; situations and circumstances. But the individual’s psyche plays a great role in deciding whether to fall prey to depression or whether to fight back.
