Problem of Body Pain
Pain in neck or in knees becomes a bothersome issue for a person if it persists for a longer duration.
But by taking small precautions, problem of body pain can be easily avoided. Not only this, if pain develops in the body it can easily treated by way of suitable treatment and exercises.
Sometimes, joints in our body become stiff due to several reasons. This condition is known as cervical spondylosis. In this type of spondylosis, pain occurs in hand and legs also. In this case, neck pain is most common.
Our spinal chord contains a soft material known as disc. If we move or place our body in an incorrect way then this disc gets displaced. This situation is known as slip disc and it causes severe pain in the neck.
Osteoporosis can also become the cause of pain. In it, the bone becomes immensely weak and brittle. Lack of nutrition and menopause makes women more prone to it. As a part of the treatment, tablets of Vitamin D and calcium are prescribed. Patients are also advised to remain under sunlight for sometime as it is an important source of Vitamin D.
In the beginning, blood tests and X-ray are sufficient. On the basis of these results, a doctor further recommends MRI Scan or CT scan. Pain caused due to presence of bone marrow might require further specialized medical examination.
The biggest reason behind waist pain is sitting or walking in an incorrect way. Waist should always be kept straight. Sit by giving little curve to the waist. In winter season, pain increases because the mobility of joints in the body decreases. Moreover, magnetic belt is increasingly being used by people to alleviate pain. But it must be used only when a doctor advises to do so as the intensity of the vibrator in it can have varying effect on people.
Remaining in one posture for a long time is not good for our body. It is advisable to take a break of at least five minutes after every one hour. During pregnancy, the possibility of body pain is more as the ligaments gets stretched. Exercises must be done after delivery but keep in mind the fact that weight must not increase and for that include protein and calcium in your diet instead of fat.
