Need of Proper Diet

Whatever we eat daily includes sugar in it and that food fulfill the requirement of the body. So, if sugar is not taken directly than hardly any difference is made. Sugar is like an extra calorie in the body and if this calorie is not utilized than it turns into fat. 

Seasonal Fruits are Better

Fruits play vital role in providing adequate nutrition to the body. Seasonal fruits are not costly and provide greater benefit to the body. Try to eat these fruits in their raw form. Pulp of fruits provides at least thirty to thirty five grams of fibre to the body. If fruit is not available than drink its fresh juice. Packaged juice must be used only when no other option is available.

Fiber helps in proper functioning of the digestion system. Include more and more fibre in your diet. Drinking one cup of milk before going to sleep is good for health. But it can be done only when the dinner had been eaten by eight in the night. However, it all depends on the quality of the dinner.

If protein rich food is included in the dinner, such as, fish, chicken or pulse than taking milk is not a good option. But still, if you drink milk in night along with this diet than the quantity of protein will get overloaded. But this thing gets applied differently on different people. For instance, pregnant ladies and sportsperson needs extra amount of protein in their diet. If anyone is suffering from the problem of acidity than drinking cold milk will provide instant relief.

Almond and walnut are considered best among the nuts. They include omega 3 fatty acid which is extremely essential for the body. Nuts must not be fried.

Earlier, fast was advised so that people could detoxify their body. However, it is advised not to stop eating food completely during course of fast and curd or fruit must be taken in smaller quantity. Garlic contains abundant quantity of anti-oxidants in it. A person must eat one to two pieces of garlic daily. It reduces the danger of heart diseases by twenty to thirty percent.
