Natural Shampoo for Hair

First step towards hair care is the selection of proper shampoo because using appropriate shampoo brings out the beauty of hair in a much better way. Now-a-days, for every hair type, wide range of shampoos are available in the market but many people are not sure about their hair types so it becomes difficult for them to choose suitable shampoo.
Types of Hair
As Curly Hair is stiff, so shampoo loaded with moisturizer must be used. By doing so, hair will remain smooth. If your hair is rough and lifeless, you need to use specialized shampoo for it or else you might suffer from the problem of dandruff or dry scalp.
For thin and light hair types, gentle shampoo must be used. It is very important to clean your hair if you get coloring, perming, straightening done on your hair.
Choose Natural Shampoo
All types of hair related products are available in the market but for choosing the appropriate hair product, you must understand the basic nature of your hair. Hair will remain healthy only when you will use shampoo prepared from natural ingredients. In the beginning, shampoo of gentle type must be used as it will provide adequate moisture to your hair besides cleaning it.
Curly, dry and damaged hair
Gram is the natural source of protein. Gooseberry and almond provides natural tonic for hair that besides repairing hair aid in its healthy growth. Liquorice also promotes hair growth.
Papaya is a good source of natural protein. Cucumber as well as soap berry cleanses the hair excellently. Lotus & China rose are an effective conditioner for scalp and hair in case of colored and processed hair. Aloe Vera is also an excellent natural shampoo for hair as it provides necessary moisture to the hair, thereby making it soft. Myrobalan protects the coloured hair.
Correct Way of Washing Hair
The correct way of washing hair is also important in hair maintenance. Prior to washing the hair, first comb it effectively as it will become convenient at the time of washing. For washing hair, use lukewarm water. With hot water, sebum will occur in hair.
Use that much amount of shampoo which is equivalent to the length of your hair. When you have applied shampoo on to your hair, massage the scalp and root of hair in a circular motion with your finger for at least three minutes.
