How Headache can be Cured?
Headache can also be caused by weakness in eyes. Avoid doing the work which gives stress to your eyes. Get your eyes tested after regular intervals. If you need to wear spectacles than do so without any hitch. Do less work on computer and also watch less television. Make sure that while studying light doesn’t come from front. Fill water in your mouth and at the same time wash your eyes with cold water.
Try to walk barefooted on green grass in the morning. Various yogic exercises can also be practiced in this case. Open and close your eyes very quickly for at least five to ten minutes. The best eye exercise is to move both your eyes left and right as well as upside-down for less than two minutes. But before moving the eye in next direction take some rest.
Take five pieces of almonds and soak them overnight in water and peel them off in the morning. Grind it along with pieces of black pepper and consume the paste in combination with honey.
In Sinus related headache, person will suffer from cold and cough and will also feel pain if the body is bend forward. Take 10-15 pieces of black pepper, pinch of mint powder and two pieces of clove. Boil all the ingredients in half kg of water. Boil till the time it is reduced to half the quantity. Then start taking the solution three times in a day.

Take adequate sleep in the night. Try to keep the schedule of sleeping and awaking common. Don’t take unnecessary tension. Make an attempt to live your life in a normal way. For reducing tension start doing yoga, meditation, join some hobby classes or games.
Avoid smoking and alcohol because smoking affects the arteries and blood circulation to a great extent which causes headache. Stretch your neck and body regularly as it will maintain the flexibility of your body. Don’t take caffeine in huge quantities as some people have the tendency to drink coffee or tea to beat stress. If you feel slight headache then don’t take any painkiller as it will become your addiction. One can also practise meditation as it will reduce stress, tension, insomnia, high blood pressure or migraine. Sit silently and concentrate on the breathing pattern. Loosen up your mind and body and don’t think about anything. You will feel relax and free from headache.
