In this case diet plays an important role. Try to integrate naturally available food items in your diet such as tomatoes, sprout, green vegetables, carrot, and nuts for the reason that they are abundantly rich in potassium, zinc, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and selenium.

Applying raw juice of lemon on scalp is also very beneficial. But it must be applied only when there is no scalp infection or else you will experience mild or severe smouldering commotion on the scalp. Take few orange peels, yoghurt and gram flour. Mix it well. Apply the mixture on to the scalp. Wait for one hour and then rinse it with normal water.

If you want to maintain good quality hair and scalp, then make an attempt to stay away from caffeine related products, smoking and also drinking alcohol. Staying awake late nights should also be avoided.
