Depression is a mental disorder in which you feel sad and dejected. It affects the way you think about yourself, the way you feel and also interfere in your daily chores. Prepare a mixture of 1/8 tsp of nutmeg powder and 1tbsp of fresh amla juice. Consume this mixture 3 times a day. This is very good remedy for depression. Another home remedy for depression is licorice tea but don’t take more than 3 cups in a day.
Take one or two grams of powder of dry root of asparagus once in a day. This is also a good remedy for depression. Another remedy is to prepare a tea by adding fresh rose petals and honey to a cup of boiling water and drink this tea whenever you feel depressed.
Take 5HTP, it is a substance that is extracted from seedpods of plant called Griffonia simplicifolai. This is very effective remedy for depression.
Add powder cardamom (prepared from seeds of 2 green cardamoms) and sugar to 1cup of boiling water. Drink this tea twice a day. Another remedy for depression is, a tea prepare by adding handful of rose petals and sugar to a cup of boiling water and drink this tea 2-3 times a day.
Take Morpheme Memocare, which is combination of brain boosting herbs like Brahmi, Ashwagandha, Vacha and others. Another remedy for depression is to relax and meditate. Shavasana or dead pose is the best way to relax.
