Water is extremely important for our body so it must be taken in appropriate quantity. Deficiency of water can cause several problems in the body, so in order to stay healthy drink loads of water. With the increase in several maladies, time has come that we start drinking more water in place of aerated drinks. 

Our body contains 65% water and it becomes extremely difficult to live without water. Even if there is two percent dehydration of water from the body than a person might suffer from short term memory loss and loss of concentration.

Water acts as a natural healer. If you are suffering from dehydration then it can affect the circulation of blood inside the body. Moreover, the capacity of brain also gets affected due to scarcity of water. If you consume less quantity of water then your brain will be less active and you will feel weakness.

You must drink balanced amount of water so that your digestive system functions in a proper way. Water also removes toxins as well as waste material from inside the body and makes the skin glow.

Water also helps in reducing excessive weight from the body. Whenever we feel hungry, there’s a tendency to eat extra food. In such a situation, try to drink little bit of water because by doing so you will eat only that much amount of food which would satisfy your hunger. In this way, fat which gets accumulated around our metabolism will get trimmed naturally.

If you will drink seven to eight glasses of water daily, then you will not suffer from the problem of water retention. Actually, water gets accumulated outside the cells and because of this reason, there is little amount of swelling on legs and hands.

Water also helps in maintain equilibrium of salt in the body. In point of fact, water eliminates excessive salt from the body through kidney. Try to drink normal water as it is easily absorbed in the body than warm water. Avoid chilled water as its consumption will only quench your thirst not the natural requirement of the body.
