Normally, children must have ten hours of sleep whereas adults must get six to seven hours of sleep. It is extremely necessary to understand the needs of a balanced lifestyle apart from the requirements of a balanced diet.

Boisterous claim are made regarding the usage of water. Most important function of water is to detoxify the body which means to flush out toxic elements from inside the body. Human body daily needs an average of 2.5 litres of fluid and this requirement is fulfilled by water to a certain extent. Water produces energy in the body and after drinking it a person feels energized. The role of water increases in the contemporary lifestyle.

People who drink alcohol needs to drink more water because alcohol causes scarcity of water in the body. Before eating food, a person can drink loads of water as it also reduces their hunger. People who want to reduce their weight often resort to this method.
