There is no need for you to withdraw from your social life and live in isolation. For fun, you can even try out a blind date but remain careful. Even if you are dating a new person, never get involve physically or emotionally in that raw and temporary relationship.

It has often been seen that people tend to dress-up in a very obscure manner after their split. You should not dress shabbily instead try out new and fashionable clothes that signifies your independence, happiness as well as cheerful spirit. Give yourself an image make-over. Try to discover your individuality which you lost in that turbulent relationship for the sake of cheering your partner and remember one thing that in future whenever you wish to enter again in a relationship, never ever suppress your own identity, your partner must love you not what you are. Handling a break-up is much easier in cases where ending of a relationship is amicable but if it is one-sided and the above mentioned remedies does not help you, never hesitate to take the help of a psychiatrist.
