Time management skills will help you to cope with such a job. Get into the habit of maintaining a dairy, which will mention all your appointments, schedules, deadlines, free time etc. Plan your day in advance so that you can manage all work efficiently and do not cram yourself with excessive work.

Establish a daily routine and stick to it. Fix your eating time, sleeping time, waking up time, exercise time and time for relaxation and entertainment.

Do not have an unbalanced way of life. Divide your time between work and relaxation/entertainment. Do not neglect the ‘Me Time’.  Choose a particular time when you will wind up and devote some time to yourself. You may follow your hobbies, listen music, play with your pet, tend to the garden or meditate.

Do not be impatient and in haste. Be patient and relaxed.

Do not get tensed and anxious at the slightest sign of trouble. Check against your temper and anger. Be cool and composed. It will help you to cope better.
