These are problems of survival. Job and money has become very important today. There are a lot of things attached and dependent on your job. It can be social status, dependency of it by your kith and kin etc.
Lack of money can also cause tremendous stress. Money is like blood to the human race in modern times.
So if the roots of your stress fall in this category, you’ll know what to do.
– Relationships
Problems in relationships can lead to stress. Are you having problems with your partner? Or children? Or even parents?
If yes, then you can get stressed at the slightest thought of them.
– Death and destruction
If you have experienced the loss of a loved one, you will invariably be depressed and stressed. You can leave it to time to heal it.
If you have experienced loss in business, or have been subjected to destruction of any manifestation, this too can get you stressed.
– Health
If you are not having great health, then you will experience stress due to it. Prolonged illnesses or chronic ailments can create a culminated mountain of stress.
