Caring for Eyes

Caring for eyes is one of most delicate task to do as they are epitomizer for the human beings to see the world and surroundings. Eyes can be regarded as the mirror of interior splendor. Tears cleanse the dirt and bacteria in our eyes naturally but apart from this, it is the main fact which is concerned about the health of the eyes.

If you are feeling pain in the area close to eyes, in that case apply some good quality moisturizing lotion because it will prevent the area from drying and will also give soothing effect to it. Take ample quantity of water which would eliminate the several contaminated substances inside the body which will keep your eyes fresh and beautiful. Increase the quantity of Vitamin A & D in your diet as it maintains the strength of the eyes. Watch television from a safe distance otherwise it can increase the stress level of your eyes and make them weak.

UV rays present in the sunlight are also injurious to eyes so whenever you go out, use goggles to protect your eyes. If you have done a stressful activity, wash your eyes with cold water as it will provide instant relief to your eyes. You can also use prescribed eye-drops solutions for clearing your eyes of any particles accumulated inside.

EYE CARE SUGGESTIONS

Never read or write in a dim light as it will cause strain to your eyes. Rose Water as well as water containing boric powder can be utilized for cleansing eyes as it restores their clarity. Take 2 pieces of cucumber and put them on both your eyes, you will feel a cooling comfort.

Take one piece each of small onion, ginger and one big spoon of honey. Extract the raw juice of onion and ginger and mix them with honey. Shake it well. Put 2 to 3 drops of the mixture in your eyes. Initially, you will feel immense burning sensation in your eyes but your eyes will be cleared of all the stress and minute substances present inside.

Have proper sleep as its inadequacy can result in red and swollen eyes. Get your eyes tested from a certified eye specialist after regular intervals so as to avoid any impending issue related to the health of your eyes.
