Out of all these, white tea is present in its most natural form as it possesses its own natural sweetness. According to medical experts, useful anti-oxidant elements are present in white tea which prevents cancer. As per the researches, green tea protects from several viral and bacterial infections. It also helps in reducing heart related ailments. On the other hand, black tea is less effective than the other two types of tea.
