Remember that the point for liver is on right hand only. In the same manner, the same point in the left hand is heart point. But the acupressure points of different organs are on both the hands.

Point of Stomach—

In both the hands look at the root of the index finger one inch below. From there till the place in the palm where there’s end of thumb, you can press down the point of stomach.

Intestinal Point—

The beginning of intestinal point is made from fourth finger in both the hands. Look at the point where the fourth finger ends. From that end point measure the distance of one and a half inch, the point of intestine will start from here and will end at the termination of your palm.

Point for diaphragm—

For this particular point, you have to look at the end point of the middle finger of hands where there’s a sought of depression in the middle of the hand. In legs also the point for diaphragm is also present at the similar place.

Point for Immune System—

The point for immune system can be located on both legs & hands. In legs, look at the gap which lies between the thumb of the toe and the first finger. If you press this particular point on both the legs simultaneously, it will be more beneficial.

Note: In one sitting, apply a particular acupressure technique for 30 seconds in the beginning. Divide one sitting into three parts and practise acupressure for 10 seconds on each part. Make sure to apply only that much pressure on a particular point which you can tolerate. Don’t do it at least for 2 hours if you have consumed food but if you have done light breakfast in the morning then you can do acupressure after five to ten minutes of gap.
